Does the Academy participate in Step Up To Quality
Yes! Wickliffe Academy has achieved the highest quality rating in the
state of Ohio, 5 STARS.
What ages of children do you accept?
Wickliffe Academy provides a safe, nurturing, and educational environment
for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. We provide full-day care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers. We also provide before-and-after-school care for children who are enrolled in Kindergarten through 12 years of age.
Do you provide part-time or drop-in care?
Unfortunately, we do not offer part-time or drop-in care for infants, toddlers and preschool.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes! We serve hot meals and nutritious snacks. The Academy is equipped with a full kitchen and staff trained in nutrition, USDA compliance
and proper portions for young
children. Weekly menus are posted on the parent board of each classroom.
Can my child bring his/her favorite blanket or toy to school?
Yes, your child can bring his/her favorite blanket to school, however their
favorite toy should be left at home to prevent damage or loss of the item. We
offer special events where children can share items with their classmates.
What methods does the Academy use for soothing my child?
Yes! During your registration process, we do an interview with you to learn
the techniques you use at home to soothe your child. Whenever possible, we
use the same techniques that work for your child at home.
Is there a special place for my child's belongings?
Yes! All children have their own cubby for their items located in each of the
classrooms.
Does your center have planned lessons for my child?
Yes! We use Creative Curriculum for infant, toddlers and
preschoolers. We use the Cincinnati Afterschool Curriculum for school
age children.
What is the attendance policy when my child is ill?
We want your child to be healthy while the Academy. To ensure he/she stays
healthy, we require that children do not attend school until they are fever-free
for 24-hours - this helps keep your child and their classmates healthy.
What sanitation procedures are used at Loving Arms™ Child Care and Preschool?
Our facility is cleaned everyday using a safe disinfectant, including all toys
and equipment, classrooms, bathrooms, and offices.
Do you accept the child care voucher?
Yes! We are committed to making quality child care accessible to everyone.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards for payments. Continuing tuition
payments are processed through Tuition Express electronic payments. You can
also pay through cash app or by cash.
